  • How do I order and customize jewelry?

    Go to the “Full Color Shop” on our website.
    ✨ Click on the collection you want.
    ✨ Choose your items (bracelet, necklace, anklet).
    ✨ After you click Add to Cart, a customization form will pop up.
    Fill out the form with your preferences (colors, words, charms, or anything special). This form comes directly to us so we can make your piece unique!

  • How do I join the Lo & Co Ambassador Program?

    Head to the “Lo & Co.” tab on our website.
    ✨ On that page, you’ll find a document explaining the program benefits and what it means to be a Lo & Co Ambassador.
    ✨ There’s also a Google form to fill out.
    ✨ Once submitted, just wait for an email from us with next steps!

  • Can I request specific words, charms, or colors?

    Yes! That’s what makes every piece one of a kind. The customization form is where you share what matters most to you.

  • What kind of cord or materials do you use? Why no clasps?

    We use stretchy, durable cord so every piece is easy to slip on and off — no clasps or wire to fumble with. This makes our jewelry accessible for more people, including those with sensory sensitivities, dexterity challenges, disabilities, or mental health triggers where clasps or tight wires might cause stress or discomfort.

    Each piece is reinforced with strong cement glue for extra security and designed for daily comfort.

  • Is the jewelry waterproof?

    Our jewelry is made with glass, plastic, and acrylic beads that are water-friendly and can handle occasional splashes, hand washing, or rain. For longest life, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or soaking.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    Each piece is handmade with care. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing plus shipping time. If you need it faster, reach out — we’ll do our best!

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship within the U.S. but are working on expanding! Feel free to message us if you’re outside the U.S.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Since each piece is custom-made, we don’t accept returns. But if something’s wrong with your order, contact us — we want to make it right!

  • Do I need a big following to be a Lo & Co Ambassador?

    Nope! It’s about heart, not numbers. If you’re passionate about mental health, creativity, and connection — you belong.

  • Where do proceeds go?

    20% of Alive in Color proceeds go to The Collective, a nonprofit focused on mental health and social wellness.
